Overview
Harmony Academy ABA is seeking dedicated EIDBI Behavior Therapists (Level I and Level II) to provide direct, evidence-based interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions under Minnesota’s EIDBI program, supporting families and individuals in achieving meaningful developmental goals.
Qualifications
Level I Provider:
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral or child development-related field (e.g., psychology, social work, speech-language pathology, education)
- Minimum of 2,000 hours of supervised experience delivering treatment to individuals with ASD or related conditions
- Approved and enrolled with DHS as an EIDBI Level I provider
Level II Provider:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised experience providing services to individuals with ASD or related conditions
- Approved and enrolled with DHS as an EIDBI Level II provider
- Actively working toward required training and supervision under a QSP
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with culturally and linguistically diverse populations
- Familiarity with ABA, developmental therapy, or other evidence-based practices

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct 1:1 or group EIDBI intervention services in home, clinic, school, or community settings
- Follow the individual treatment plan (ITP) and clinical direction of the QSP
- Implement behavior-analytic strategies to improve communication, social skills, daily living, and behavior regulation
- Collect and document accurate data on client progress using required systems and tools
- Participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and training sessions
- Maintain ongoing communication with QSP and team to ensure fidelity to the treatment plan
- Support parent and caregiver training efforts when appropriate
- Ensure timely and compliant documentation of services in accordance with DHS and agency policies
- Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality at all times
Work Environment
- May include in-home, school-based, clinic, or community-based settings
- May involve sitting on the floor, physical play, or lifting up to 40 lbs
- Requires flexible scheduling based on client needs
Job Type: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 30 – 40 per week
