Overview
Harmony Academy ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Minnesota. The role focuses on delivering early, evidence-based behavioral health services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions.
Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following professional requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Minnesota, or eligible.
- Experience working with children and youth with developmental disabilities or ASD.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents.
- Supervise and mentor behavior therapists and clinical trainees.
- Conduct assessments and oversee clinical programming.
- Collaborate with families to provide training, support, and coaching.
- Partner with schools, medical providers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with state guidelines.
- Uphold person-centered, culturally responsive care in all interactions.
